- Your best be it to get Epoch -- epoch is a version of emacs that was written
- for X. I'm using it with no complaints.
-
- From the Epoch info file in my Epoch installation:
-
- Epoch is available by anonymous ftp on `cs.uiuc.edu'. We are
- negotiating to have it available through other sites, and through
- uucp mail request. Send mail to `epoch-request@cs.uiuc.edu' to find
- out the current status with this if you do not have anonymous ftp.
-
- If you don't find it there, try using archie to get an EXACT idea of
- EXACTLY where you might find it.
