  11. I am trying to setup my .emacs file and I have some lisp
  12. functions I want to include in it.  The problem I am having
  13. is that some of the lisp things I am trying to do don't 
  14. seem to work in the .emacs file, like random and mod.
  15. I need to get a random number between 0 and 25 and it 
  16. seems like no matter what I do I keep getting numbers out
  17. of the range?

  19. What is the lisp the emacs is using and how do I get
  20. any documentation on it??
