  22. The mail between gateways has been very unreliable for the Digest since mid
  23. December. Some Digests are taking a week or more to get to the UL Vax where
  24. they are mailed to subscribers. This has caused at least three issues to be
  25. double mailed to some sites during that period. I apologize for any
  26. inconveniences this may cause.

  28. Also I have been getting a rash of "Unknown Mailer Error"  and
  29. "Unbalanced '<'" errors from a few Canadian sites. These have occurred in
  30. the past and usually disappear after a few weeks. But if any of our
  31. Canadian readers are having trouble with reception, these errors are the
  32. likely suspects.
