  14. This is a brief announcement of a soon to be released shareware relational database package for Microsoft Excel.

  16. It was born out of the need to edit student marks in class groups, and so is very useful for this purpose.

  18. The program is called Referee, and is available by contacting Thomas Brodhurst-Hill at thomas@phys.uts.edu.au.
