  15. Hello, folks !
  16. I have a little problem : I must write/modify a lot of C code for a robotic
  17. navigation simulation program ( I'm a student in electronic engineering
  18. at University of Genoa ) but I'm very tired of VI's mental perversions.
  19. Therefore I'm searching for an editor for UNIX and/or X11 which allows :
  20.  
  21. 1) to utilize arrow keys (in insert mode !) to position the cursor.
  22. 2) to utilize DEL key (in insert mode!) to delete character at cursor position.
  23. 3) to utilize Home,End,PgDn,PgUp keys for a fast change of cursor position.
  24. 4) to utilize mouse to position the cursor and/or to cut/copy/paste portions oftext.
  25.  
  26. Does any of you know if exists an IDEAL editor with aforesaid characteristics ?
  27. If yes, how can I get it ? (It's sufficient that you give me the FTP address
  28. where I can find and get it).
