  12. I spoke to a non-technical person who claimed that her company was looking
  13. for a "digital signal processing" person to develop CELP altorithms.
  14. Do you have any idea what a CELP algorithm is?  If I am not familiar
  15. with the acronym... does that imply i am not capable of the job?
  16. (I'm a fast learner ;-)  Could she have ment CASE tool development?
  17. Whats a CASE tool.... i see it all over but i do not know what it is.
