  15. I heard an interesting theory regarding investing in the Baby Bells.
  16. The theory was that they could be breaking up ala AT&T, and in so
  17. doing, the parts would be much more valuable than the present whole
  18. companies. This due to the rapidly exploding telecom revolution.
