- Please note, that in Europe a customer is supposed to contact his/her
- distributor first. This guarantees responses in a timely manner as
- there won't be any time zone problem. Furthermore the distributor
- probably will be able to handle most of the easier requests right away
- without calling us which reduces the answer times even more.
