- From all the playing I have done with it, PPP (at least the PC/TCP
- version 2.1 from FTP Software) will work on port 1 with the same
- subnet address as the Ethernet interface. Ports 2-16 require a
- different subnet. Interestingly enough, once any port has been used
- for PPP, you can change it to the same subnet address and it will
- work.

- Also, you will need the 9.1.1 PROMS to get PPP to work at all. Finally,
- it seems that you need to wait around one minute before negotiation will
- work - anything before that time is rejected.
