- I have an internal Zoltrix fax/modem (Zofax Standard) and I wish to add the
- non-volatile RAM option. Its manual mentions this in a few places,
- but does not explain what is necessary.

- Its circuit board has one empty socket, a 16-pin DIP labelled "U8" and
- I assume that an EEPROM chip is needed for it.

- However the manual does not tell what chip is needed, and I cannot find
- and address or phone number to ask.
