  24. My software already reads tty input while in voice transmission mode.
  25. However, I don't think it's my responsibility to cope with flow control
  26. "manually". There are things like tty drivers in the real world (tm).

  36. From the day I bought the modem, I am using an external speaker, and
  37. the volume is fine. What I'd like to be able to change is the volume
  38. when sending on the phone line. I still think it wouldn't be
  39. unreasonable to sacrify a register for this.
