  85. sounds very suspicous - USR is located in ILL, although some companies have
  86. marketing places in other regions.  I note that there is no phone #
  87. Ill call usr but I know they are going to laugh.  I think this is probably
  88. either a hoax or frank fraud - but thats just a guess.
