  21. Supra claims their hardware works, but no one with whom I have corresponded
  22. knows of any software that will work with the Supra for the purpose of
  23. auto-detection of incoming fax or data calls.

  25. I own a ZyXEL 1496E+, which I run under DOS 5.00, and ZyXEL's software
  26. allows me to receive fax or data automatically on the same line.  Under
  27. other OS platforms, you might have to write/modify your fax software to
  28. work.

  30. Wish I could tell you more.  Bottom line, my ZyXEL can distinguish
  31. between fax and data, and the software ZyXEL includes works under DOS.
