  17. Oh come now.  Copyright protects the *wording* of the docs, not their
  18. *content*.  The Hayes manuals that described the original AT... command
  19. set were copyrighted too.  Same situation:  all Telebit has to do is
  20. have someone rewrite the description in his own words.  (Long odds he
  21. can make it more comprehensible than CCITT's version, too.)
