- One of the ZyXEL tech support people in California often reads this newsgroup.
- That may be enough.

- If you want to make sure that they know of it, send them a FAX, or telephone
- them, or call their BBS. The BBS supports the QWK mail format, and you can
- upload a pre-written message to them on your first call. Just use the
- "download" command. You will get a menu giving you a choice of "upload a
- QWK packet?". Their BBS has no internet access. It may be on FidoNet.
