  25. One of the ZyXEL tech support people in California often reads this newsgroup.
  26. That may be enough.

  28. If you want to make sure that they know of it, send them a FAX, or telephone
  29. them, or call their BBS.  The BBS supports the QWK mail format, and you can
  30. upload a pre-written message to them on your first call.  Just use the
  31. "download" command.  You will get a menu giving you a choice of "upload a
  32. QWK packet?".  Their BBS has no internet access.  It may be on FidoNet.
