  11. Having recently moved from a 1200 baud/dumb terminal combination to
  12. a BOCA 14.4 internal in a PC, the recent discussion of the latest
  13. ROM version has me a bit confused.  The modem was purchased in mid
  14. December '92 and the manual has a publication date of August '92.
  15. Page 10 has a picture of a rectangular card, and the manual has a
  16. photo-copy of a replacement for this page with a "new" square card,
  17. so I would assume the version would be pretty recent.  The following
  18. are the various responses I've gleaned from the beast:

  32. I'm (obviously) a novice, but it might be reassuring to the paranoid
  33. to hear some confirmation that the discussions in this list as to
  34. version numbers refer to the older cards.  I hope.  -Kary.
