  24. Did you try calling Telebit and asking nicely for documentation?

  26. I had a similar situation recently where I got a Canon BJ-200 printer,
  27. with basically useless documentation on control codes.  However, the
  28. manual did tell people to call Canon to get a programmer's manual.  It
  29. was free, and it's on its way now.
