  20. I'll agree that $25 is a bit steep for a $100 modem, yes.  $25 (or $15,
  21. whichever it is) for my unit (a $400 faxmodem, ouch) wouldn't be surprising
  22. at all.  I suspect the repair cost is _not_ going to be anywhere near
  23. proportional to the unit cost.  In the case of your pocket-modem, the fact
  24. that they're working on somewhat miniaturized technology might have something
  25. to do with the higher proportional price.
