  10. I have an interesting problem. Just got a Supra v32bis Internal fax modem
  11. with L ROMS. Under Pro/Win works fine and I have been able to connect to
  12. all v32bis modems at full speed. Also to the few 2400 modems locally. 
  13. It's on COM2 IRQ5 since I have COM1 and COM2 already. However tried to
  14. connect to Compuserve and no luck, either 2400 or 9600. Modem answers, I
  15. get CONNECT 2400 message and then it hangs. Occasionally I need to reset
  16. the modem (which means a reboot) to hang up the line. Using Procomm Plus
  17. (DOS) it also just hangs the machine or leaves the phone unable to be hung
  18. up without rebooting. Also have the same problem even trying to reach the
  19. CIS Phones database - 1-800-346-3247.  If anybody has one of these modems
  20. and has any comments, I would be interested in seeing them. Ironically
  21. most of the high speed modem problems are the other way - i.e cannot
  22. connect high speed. Seems strange that a 2400 connect should be a problem.
