  21. I have had the PPI 14.4FXSA for quite some time now. The old ROM's did
  22. have a problem with 2400 connects. If the guy makes sure he has the
  23. newest version, he can usually rule out the modem itself as a cause.
  24. I have found that 99% of the time, the source of the trouble is the
  25. owner setting something up incorrectly.
