  10. [There were some questions about the proposed standard for multiprotocol
  11. encapsulation over ATM.  This is the announcement of the most recent copy 
  12. of the spec.  I believe it will shortly become an Internet Proposed Standard].

  24. This memo describes two encapsulations methods for carrying network 
  25. interconnect traffic over ATM AAL5.  The first method allows 
  26. multiplexing of multiple protocols over a single ATM virtual circuit 
  27. whereas the second method assumes that each protocol is carried over a
  28. separate ATM virtual circuit.
