  20. You have to save the form that you want to copy from to the database then 
  21. grant access to that form to the users that may want to copy anything from 
  22. it.
  23. I still subscribe to the 'dont save a form to the database' idea in most 
  24. circumstances but for this I have a special reference form which contains 
  25. the stuff I may want to copy/reference and do save that.
