  23. I use the reference to get a standard form header into applications. What 
  24. I've done is to put the form into a separate oracle account then grant each 
  25. user access to it. I forget the forms menu title but its the left hand one. 
  26. It works but I could do with a better solution!
  27. My main problem though is in convincing other developers to actually use the 
  28. reference option.
