  20. I have used and seen USERS use Q&E to access Oracle.  Q&E (without Oracle
  21. hooks) is distributed with Excel now, you just get the full version.

  23. The nice thing is it does NOT attempt to fiddle with the SQL, just
  24. hands it over to Oracle (cf MS-Access)
