  13.     We recently restored Unify/Accell IDE from a tar onto an RS/6000.

  15.     However, whenever a normal user goes to start up Unify (using "UNIFY"
  16. or "AMGR dbapp.al" at a prompt) they get a "Can't initialize Lock Manager.
  17. Error 13" Not -13, just '13' (which isn't listed in the in the U/A manuals).
  18.     BUT, if I try it as ROOT, it comes up fine -- so obviously the permissions
  19. on SOMETHING got botched.

  21.     My question is WHAT program(s) [or file(s)] permissions got messed up,
  22. and what SHOULD they be?
