- Is anyone aware of an SQL-based system which functions on UNIX, DOS, VMS,
- and the Macintosh, besides Oracle? (Oracle run-time licensing costs are too
- expensive for my customer's budget.)
-
- I would like an RDMS which performs on all those platforms with few source
- changes. Having an architecture-independent GUI front end (such as
- OracleCard) is a real plus, but not a requirement. VMS is not vital either
- (in more than one sense).
-
- Please respond to my email address since I cannot often access news.
- Thanks in advance! If there is a great deal of interest, I'll post a
- summary. If this is a FAQ, please do not waste more news space with flames.
