  21. I also have encountered this bug in Unzip 5.0 and have downloaded the
  22. beta version. I was unable to reproduce the problem reported by the
  23. original poster - that is, all files encrypted with PKZIP 2.04c unpack
  24. without problems with unzip.

  26. One could argue that this is because I am using a fixed Unzip. Not so.
  27. The original poster told my by private e-mail that zipcloak is also
  28. unable to remove the encryption of the PKZIP 2.04c encrypted files. As
  29. far as I understand, the bug was present in Unizip, but NOT in
  30. zipcloak...

  32. Nevertheless, I was unable to reproduce the problem - even with
  33. zipcloak...
