  23. I am very serious here. The portable decompressor is already present
  24. (you yourself participated in making it). The file format of ARJ
  25. is less complex than the one PKZIP uses. And the major nucleus of
  26. the compression engine can be reused. If I compare ARJ and PKZIP IMO
  27. Robert Jung is much more credible than PKWARE. 
  28. Of cource it will be a lot of work I realize that. But I think
  29. it would serve the datacompression world very well.
