  20. I remember having a similar problem with version 1.1 as well (i.e.
  21. using -rP to store a directory tree).  It would work sometimes, but
  22. other times the zipfile directory would just seem to be wiped out and
  23. unrecoverable.  This is one of the main reasons (plus multivolume
  24. support) I switched to ARJ for personal use.

  29. Me too.  I was under the impression that the program had been pretty
  30. solid and ready-to-go for a long time, and the only thing holding up
  31. its release was the obscure 486 DMA bug.  Looks like there may be a
  32. number of other serious bugs as well.  I think I'll wait for v2.1
