  23. It contains some bugs. IMO PKWARE should disable the features giving
  24. 0.1% speed improvement and 99.9% crash increase forever. The version
  25. before 1.10 (1.0?) also suffered from problems in this direction (386
  26. support was the problem back then). In essence PKZIP 2.04c is a very
  27. impressive program, expecially the Super Fast compression is real state 
  28. of the art. The only other programmer capable of making such optimized
  29. software I know of is Andrew Cadach. All others just make slower
  30. code.
