- Hi fellow netters !
-
- I'm not sure if this is the right place for this, but I figured out
- that my question is about compression.
-
- There's my problem. Like almost everyone, I find that may Hard disk
- is getting smaller every day. I would like to buy another one. but I
- don't have the money right now. So I looked at other alternatives. The
- only two solutions I could find (except of course deleting everything
- from my Hard Disk) are Stacker and PkLite style programs. One of my
- main concern about Stacker was some reported incompatibilities with
- Windows, but they seem to have solved them in version 3.0.
-
- So I would like to have your opinion on that. What would be the
- best thing to do ? Does PkLite (or other similar programs) give good
- compression ratios or is Stacker the best way to go ?
-
- Thanks.
