  12. As we all know PKWARE has released ZIP 2.04c.  The speed is fast the
  13. compression is good but the compression is still not neccessarly the best.
  14. Does anyone know of a program that will Convert from one ARCHIVE type to
  15. another find the smallest size and leave it in that archive type.  I still
  16. have some files that compress better with LHA 2.13, or ARJ ?.??.
  17. This would be great for people like me interested in size not and are
  18. willing to accept 2 or 3 compression programs.  I have to have them
  19. to d/l from FTP sites and BBS's.
