  21. Whether a hoax or not, you should be very wary of the unmoderated
  22. incoming directories.  Anyone can but anything in there.  The worst
  23. part of it is that even if someone uploads a perfectly valid
  24. package, someone else can then load a trojan or a virus version to
  25. replace the original bona fide upload.

  27. Wuarchive is an excellent FTP repository, and I am very pleased to
  28. have the pleasure of cooperating with the wuarchive maintainer.  But
  29. utilizing these unmoderated uploads, especially with a package of
  30. PKZIPs hack history, is inviting serious trouble on yourselves.
