- Whether a hoax or not, you should be very wary of the unmoderated
- incoming directories. Anyone can but anything in there. The worst
- part of it is that even if someone uploads a perfectly valid
- package, someone else can then load a trojan or a virus version to
- replace the original bona fide upload.

- Wuarchive is an excellent FTP repository, and I am very pleased to
- have the pleasure of cooperating with the wuarchive maintainer. But
- utilizing these unmoderated uploads, especially with a package of
- PKZIPs hack history, is inviting serious trouble on yourselves.
