  15. If you want copies of CCITT standards, you can also try
  16. ANSI. For some standards I recently ordered, they were
  17. significantly cheaper than Global Engineering (although
  18. still not "cheap"). One drawback is that they only
  19. take checks, no PO's or credit cards. There can be
