  19. In that case it is not only a copyright question but a question of
  20. making a proper academic reference.  The media is so new that there
  21. are no estbalished practices yet.  You could, naturally, ask the
  22. author who is often reading this newsgroup.  But in general you
  23. would be safest treating the FAQs as publicly presented material.

  32. is nothing wrong in writing out in the reference what kind of a
  33. system it comes from.

  36. prime directive of academic work is unambiguous: "Credit where
