  12. The startup group for win3.1 allows me to specify apps to run when I
  13. start windows. When these are iconised, they get put at the bottom of
  14. the desktop, I want them to be in a different location, Specifically
  15. where they were when I last ran windows. Is there a utility which will
  16. do this? I have looked at an index for one of the cica mirrors, but
  17. not been able to identify such a utility.
