  23. True.  But the "way" some things are written in the present form seem
  24. ambiguous.  For example, the part about signature files could be
  25. explained better.

  27. Foster's suggestion would be a document that targets those areas that
  28. are otherwise poorly explained.  I think there is a FAQ section in one
  29. of the .DOC (can't find where right now), but maybe that section can be
  30. annexed with newer Q&A's.
