  24. when I upgraded to 1.65 and I did convert it.  Only later did it
  25. become corrupted and need to be rebuilt.  But at that point, I
  26. couldn't build a password file with 1.65 which worked, so I had to
  27. go back to the 1.64 file again anyway.
