  41. if you look at what you posted, you'll see that this is the SECURITY 
  42. screen. use ADMIN * test ... i forget what the screen is called but 
  43. there is one that says "Allow access to the Files"... if that is set to 
  44. "NO" then they will not be able to access the files area no matter what
