  35. QWK format is only good for people who want no-brainer install/operation and
  36. don't have the guts to tackle Waffle install.  Unfortunately, that covers
  37. about 99% of the American public and 70% of the new connections to Usenet.

  39. The QWK format is very bad, and any format has to be shoehorned into it.

  41. I try to recommend Waffle and/or Fidonet setups, but I have at least one
  42. user who INSISTS on using SLiMeR....
