  19. Hi, no, I am not involved in Fido at all.  The flie QWKLAY16.ZIP,
  20. however, is available by anonymous ftp from SIMTEL and its
  21. associated mirror sites.  File in <msdos.info> directory.

  23. The moderator of Fido's Off-line echo has mentioned something
  24. about starting a distribution network for off-line related files,
  25. so that should help all boards which want to keep up with
  26. off-line related files.
