  16. What type of driver?  Windows 3.1 includes a MIDI driver for AdLib, and
  17. it works.  There is a PD sound drive (for WAV files) which can be
  18. retrieved from:

  22. This file can be installed in parallel with the MIDI driver, allowing
  23. digitized sound effects that sound a bit better than the PC speaker.
