  11. I note that the Shareware price for pkz204c is $47.  This
  12. is a lot of money for a marginally better compression program.

  14. Lets keep things in perspective, all this does is implement
  15. a rather old compression and librarian program.  There are
  16. a lot of other such programs out there that work real well.
  17. Also I have spent a heck of a lot less for a bunch more
  18. shareware functionality.  So is this thing worth $47 ?
  19. My answer is no.

  21. I realize that pkzip is the big name in compression.  What
  22. would happen if Timo and Jim required a certification that
  23. anyone posting to their machines had a legal copy?
