  11. Does any one know of a compression conversion program that will convert
  12. to the many different types of archivers around find the smallest and
  13. leave it in that form.  I have found some file compress better with ZIP 2.04
  14. some are better with LZH 2.13, and some are better with arj 2.3.
  15. This would be useful for finding the smallest archive type and saving space.

  17. This would be for an MS-DOS system.  I ask the same question on the
  18. compr.compression group and got no major response.
