- Perhaps PKWare should subcontract the encryption code to one
- of the software shops in the xUSSR, Korea, Japan, India, etc.
- That would get them around the US restrictions. It's what
- other companies (such as IBM) are doing, and the encryption
- algorithms are well-known everywhere.
