  21. Did you look in directories PD1:<MSDOS.KA9Q-TCPIP> and
  22. PD1:<MSDOS.NCSATELNET> ?  Both have FTP, TELNET, PING, etc.
  23. KA9Q even has NNTP (Usenet News), SMTP mail and POP mail.

  25. If you use Windows 3.x, WNQVTNET has those features and Usenet News.

  27. SLIP and PPP drivers are available.  See program's the doc files for
