  21. It's much like most speed limits and other stupid laws... the only bad
  22. thing about violating the law is getting caught.  There's no moral,
  23. ethical, or other dilemmas in breaking a bad law, as far as most are
  24. concerned, and this is one of the worst.  That would imply some sort
  25. of respect for the legislators and enforcement agencies other than
  26. fear of getting caught.  The newletters devoted to the subject are a
  27. good example of how respected laws are that forbid listening to
  28. cellular calls.

  30. Consider that all someone from out of the country has to do to get it
  31. is call the PKWare BBS (or any US BBS that has the program) direct.  I
  32. know that one of the first DES applications (another "forbidden
  33. export" technology) came from Denmark.
