  21. Yes, I am sure we all more or less share your frustrations.  Still,
  22. you are partly barking up the wrong tree.  The situation is not the
  23. doing of the archive site moderator, but the US legislator, who
  24. hardly sees any of these postings.  The simple fact is that you (and
  25. we) have the wrong target audience in here.

  28. debated repeatedly in comp.compression to no effect at all (and in
  29. sci.crypt, I and led to understand, although I do not read the
  30. latter).
