- I do not make policy at SIMTEL20. I just work for them. If you have
- complaints about SIMTEL20 policies, the address to write to is:

- I can tell you this: there are those who would like to see SIMTEL20
- shut down and they are looking for any excuse. Putting a program on
- SIMTEL20 that may violate the laws governing exports to countries on
- the "restricted list" could give them the excuse to shut SIMTEL20 down.
- I think that most people would not insist that SIMTEL20 take that chance.
