  28. Due to the restrictions on the exporting of encryption technology, this
  29. program cannot be legally offered by any FTP site in the USA or Canada
  30. that can be accessed from other countries,
  31.  
  32. We'll have to wait for an "Export Version", which will hopefully be
  33. supplied by PKWare as they did for PKZ110.
